Default Where to get metric dies?

For those of you who have cut down your stock shifters- where are you getting the metric die's to rethread?

I went to home depot, ACE, Sears, and some random hardware stores but none had the ones I need (10 x 1.5mm, 11x 1.5mm, and 12 x1.5mm).
Sears had a kit, but it was over $100.

Is there anywhere I can buy individual dies?

If you have an O'Reillys auto parts store, they might have them. I picked up a 12x1.25 or 12x1.5 there. If not, online will probably be your best bet.
