Are you looking for "where to shine the timing light" or changing the timing belt?
For checking with a light, there is a plug (or was from the factory) over a slit in the trans where it meets the block. Remove the plug and then view the mark(s) through that slit/hole.
From my readings - 15 BTC. Not be careful when reading the "marks". I think there are three (15 BTC, 0 TDC, 15 ATC) - from the factory the 15 BTC was a red mark. Also note that some or all of the vac lines on the dist have to be removed when doing this.
