Default Where is a wiper relay on '03 Accord?

I posted this originally in response to another thread but really need a response soon, so I am posting a new thread. I will have to take it to a dealer tomorrow if I have no luck tonight!...

I have check all the fuses (under dash and under hood) with a "Probe" (from my car stereo installation days). All fuses are fine and I pulled each of the relays that are in the engine compartment fuse box and they all check out just fine (also, they are all listed for items other than wipers).

I was almost certain that it was a fuse at first, because they just quit. But then after another 10 minutes of driving, they came back on. They worked fine for a week and then same story. Now they are really dead.

So last night I was rechecking fuses and trying to find the relay for the wipers and realized that when I flip the switch, there is a relay "click" under the hood but no wiper action and the click only happens when I first move the switch to a new position (does not keep clicking at the interval the wipers would normally operate). So I am wondering if there are multiple relays or a control board of sorts that operate the wiper motor.

When I called the dealership they said that they could not find the wiper relay and controls on their system but if I brought them the relay, they could get a new one for me. Gee thanks!

Anyway, ANY help would be greatly appreciated! I would really like to avoid a costly dealer troubleshooting session, but that is looking like my only option at this point since I cannot find an electronics schematic for the car.
