How fast are you losing oil?

Have you replaced the pcv valve?

How many miles have you put on the spark plugs since you put the engine back together? Have you pulled a spark plug to check its condition? Do you see any oil on the outside of the engine block?

I have been experiencing this same issue with my 94 Accord 2.2L VTEC, I found that it's leaking slowly from the back of the valve cover, it never hits the ground as it's too slow and only seams to leak when running... Check for wet areas all around in the engine compartment... It's got to be going somewhere, and if you can't smell it in the exhaust, I would say it's got to be leaking.

Did you check the smoke coming out the tail pipe to make sure that you're not burning the oil because of worn rings? I had the same problem before, burning about 1qt every 300 miles.
