Default Will full size spare fit?

I'm thinking about replacing the temp spare in the trunk with a full size 'real' spare but I don't know if one will fit in the wheel well the temp is resting in. My EX has 16" wheels but I can't get a regular steel wheel in that size, the smallest I can get is 15" so I'm thinking about getting a 15" steel wheel with 205/65-15 mounted on it. I think that should have the same OD as the stock 205/60-16. Also, correct me if I'm wrong but the bolt pattern is 5x114.3 right? Does anyone know if it will fit the spare wheel well? Thanks.

Yeah I just tried it to no avail as well. I'd googled it awhile back and somehow read two or three posts where people said it would fit. So I went to pick n pull, got a 14" rim and a 185 70 14 tire(same diameter as a 195 60 15), and sure enough it pushed up the spare tire cover by about an inch and a half. If you can live with that, I guess it's no biggie
