Wind noise from passenger side of the door (after repair)

I went to a body shop referred to me by a friend who said they do really good work for dirt cheap, which ended up being true. They made the car look very good for the low price I paid, and thats after getting estimates from over 4 body shops.

However, there is a slight problem, I can hear some wind noise from the passenger side door. I'll be taking it back sometime this week to see if they can do anything about it.

Any clues on what it can be? There is a rubber/plastic piece that is missaligned and sticking out abit (see pics). Do you guys think thats the main culprit?

I suspect the last few pictures you showed is likely the source. Not sure if a new piece will fit in there. If that plastic piece doesn't move, then some silicone should fix the noise.

Also look where the door seal meets the frame.
