I would check that the a/c drain tube that goes out of the firewall on the passenger side of the car is not plugged up. That would allow water to dam up in the evaporator and prevent the a/c evaporator from acting as a dehumidifier.

Use a pipe cleaner or a straightened out coat hanger to try to clear it out. Is the passenger side of the carpet wet?

Other sources of water moisture in your car are a leaking heater core (is there an anti-freeze smell in the car?). The drain tubes for the sunroof?

Make sure the ventilation is NOT set to recirculate.

Look in the DIY secton for a post about shop manuals. Heater core is buried in the dashboard, within the air ductwork. Not sure how much you have to dismantle to get at that.

Can you smell anti-freeze inside? It's got a pretty distinctive smell if that's leaking.
