Exclamation Wiring issues

Hello, i drive a 1994 Honda Accord EX 4door automatic with ABS.
I have had it since JAN of 2011 and is my daily driver everyday. i do about 30 or more miles a day.

Lately my car has acting strange for the following: (i will be as thorough as possible)

_At high RPM(speeds above 65):

-all of a sudden my RPM Gage, my speedometer, and my clock will all shut off.(drop to zero RPM's and zero MPH)
-My aftermarket stereo will continue to stay on.
-When this happens, the car litteraly "shuts off." Strangely, the car will continue to run, "turn back on" and the speedometer and rpm gage return to normal.
-This happens at completely random intervals, some trips dont do it, some do

_idle RPM(when parked):

-the red light, that indicates the car is in "P for park" (its the red square), and my clock will slowly dim and shut off. Strangely, my car will stay running for a period of 2 seconds then die.
-This happens randomly

_ignition (when starting):

-my car will start up, then die immidiately. start, die; start, die; start, die.....
-I have to do this process at least 10 times before it starts, or pump gas the moment it starts and high rev it.
-Strangely once it starts, it wont die and can run for however long i need it
-heat is not a factor, it has this problem on a cold engine
-this has progressively happening more frequently. (almost every time i start it up)

what could it be? why are the gage lights, speedometer and RPM and clock the only thing that shuts off?

_Here is what is NOT the problem: IVE TESTED IT with equipment

-Ignition (used 2 different testing methods)
-batery (checked by machine)
-alternator (checked by machine)

What electrical problem will cause my car to do this?

What part(s) and methods of ignition testing did/have you done?

When the car dies, do you have power at the BLK/YEL wire to the dist-thinking about an ign switch, elect part, failing. In the morning, does it "seem" to die just as you let go of the key-releasing from start to run?

Are there any stored codes?

EDIT: now that I have watched the video. again check for codes. Next what kind or work or mods have been done to the car....sounds like it needs a new muffler.

Once the car is running, can you get the car to stall out by shaking the key? If you look on YouTube, there is a good video on diagnosing and replacing the ignition switch. I would diagnose first.

I would also disconnect the battery and clean all ends of both battery cables.
