I have a 96 Honda Accord I'm having an issue with the tail lights not coming on when the headlights do I turn on the lights and headlights come on and my tail when I hit the brake only the light in the rear window comes on I have replaced all fuses and relays that I know of it's not blowing fuses or popping bulbs I have even replaced the blue control box above the interior fuse box and still no luck. I tested the harness right off the interior fuse box and I have no power to the lighting wires. Can anyone tell me what might be causing this or if there is anything I might have missed
