Default Yet Another 2000 Accord Transmission Issue

I have a 2000 Accord Lx 2.3l AT and 230k. Transmission was rebuilt at roughly 140k.

Issue is that the AT came out of gear and went into neutral and I was unable to put it back into D,1 or 2. Fortunately I was three blocks from the house.

This morning, I pulled out of the driveway, got a two houses away and it popped into nuetral again. I was unable to put back into gear. Once I **** the car off and restarted the car I could put it in gear. It would stay in 1st for a few seconds before jumping back out. I hope I haven't lost another transmission. Your help would be appreciated.

Fluid level is normal and looks okay.
I don't have access to a code reader

I'd see about borrowing a code reader and see if it has any codes. Otherwise I'd say it might be a 1-2 solenoid problem. But, I was just shooting in the dark, and around here we don't really like to throw parts at it without doing some code reading.

A p1739 is for the third pressure switch. Kind of fun to get to but not that bad

First I typed wrong....I will fix that. P1739.

Tips, once you've tested the switch out, be sure to have proper fitting tools and just take your time. Also if you have to replace it, when you pull it inspect the end that was in the trans for "dirt" and that. If dirty, why? is the "dirt" the casue of the switch reading the wrong pressure?

I don't have a good picture of it besides this one that is from the service manual . If you could post a "real" picture of it so I could save it for future use that would be great.

Again I would want to test things out before just replacing parts.

I replaced the third pressure switch and went to take for a test drive. Minutes into the drive the car came out of gear again. I tried reverse, 1st and 2nd. Nothing. Shut it down, restarted, and was able to put it into reverse and first before it came out of gear again. I checked for codes and got nothing.

What should I check next?
