Hey Jim, Ang and whomever else..
I see we're getting spammed hard and i know I have given a few options... but what is your method to protecting the site and it's users from the spam....
You can limit the ip by country/state
You could moderator the posts
Setting up membership with more security
Instead of replying to the spam.... just delete it it's make the site look alittle trashy..

Yeah, I hear ya; it's REALLY gotten bad the last couple weeks...
I've been deleting & banning the vast majority. Lately I've occasionally replied with wise-@$$ remarks. Didn't realize that would give the impression we're not doing more serious punishment.

No problem, I understand.
I'd like to see more security or whatever when a newbie first signs up. Like it doesn't allow active links or html tags for xxx months or something.
