I fixed my door and now it opens with the keyless remote. Thanks sir nasty and stevo for your help. If any one else needs to know how to change an actuator on a 99 accord just let me know because I can step you through it step by step.

 

If you get the chance to writeup a walkthrough I'll try to get it posted in the DIY section... Glad you got it fixed! What was the problem in the end?

 

my door when iu lock it makes a loud noise and i was told it was the actuator.. i would love to get this fixed plz post the DUY i really need it fixed if u guys know if that is the problem or not
