hey, can't seem to find a way to upload an avatar

i went to my control panel and selected edit avatar, but i can't upload one there. any help?

also i don't know if it matters but in the edit avatar section of my control panel, it has the "don't use avatar" option selected

but it doesn't let me unselect it and the reset field thing doesn't unselect it

could this be a problem?

 

Wow this is weird, I have no idea whats up with your profile/that picture, but it wont work, and it wont even let me save the picture as a jpeg. It blows my mind.
