weird never heard of it, so you got a maf, i'd shoot fujita an email, there very fast if you email them from 9-5 pacific time.

 

emailed fujita they dont make one for my car and i emailed k&n and they have one but its for the 2004. they told me to check my vin to c if my car is an 03 or an 04. this is frustrating.

 

Have you tried Injen? When I get home ill take a look

 

injen was the original one that was tried on but it caused the car to shut off.

 

id be willing to bet the fujita w/ maf will work, also k&n typhoon makes one for an 04 sulev motor, and id say since the motor never changed that one will deffinitly work.

 

yeah i saw the k&n one and i thought it would work too. so i emailed a rep at k&n and asked if its possible to use the 04 intake on my car this is what he said. "Thanks for writing back. Unfortunately, K&N does not offer a kit for the pre 2004 Accord with SULEV. The reason the 04 kit will not work on the 03 is because the engine and fuel injection system difference. The kit is not interchangeable . Thanks and have a good day." im guessing this is the same thing with the fujita intake.

 

yeah, sounds like your not getting an intake. get some headers or an exhaust.

 

yea i thought i had a maf on my 03 accord. man i shopped online for days and couldnt find anything for a 03 accord intake wit MAF. went to a custom store and they told me i didnt have a MAF sensor. wat a reflief that was.

 

You could just look at your air filter housing & see for yourself whether you have one or not...

 

the problem is he has a sulev motor, a super duper low emissions kind, and no one make a cai in that year for the sulev.
