Thumbs up 1991 Honda Accord F22A1 Modz?

Hey fellow Honda enthusiasts, I've been working on the exterior of my '91 Accord and am wondering what all is out there as far as Upgrades for the F22A1 Engine; Intake Manifold, Turbo, Head Swaps, etc. All conversation is much appreciated! Thank you!

This is my old 4th gen Accord:

DC sport ceramic header (highly recommend any header you would get be ceramic coated, really cuts down on heat in the engine bay), AEM cold air intake, custom 2.25" exhaust (built by a local shop) with a Dynomax resonator and Vortec turbo style muffler (had a deep tone at idle, mild roar at full throttle, zero drone, no exhaust noise at steady freeway speeds), AEM pulleys, advanced the timing 2 degrees, Suspension Techniques anti-roll bars, don't remember the brand for the front and rear upper strut bars.

Wasn't super fast but knocked about a second off my 0-60 times, still got 30 mpg freeway. And keeping it subtle looking and reasonably quiet meant I didn't get attention from cops or thieves. Wanted to do an H22 swap but after my car got hit by hail and me just having liability insurance on the car, it just wasn't worth it.
