wats up just wondering if anyone has any suggestions for an intake.. i just want the car to sound better than it is now.. suggetions pls!

Ang - I've been leaving these in the new member area as it seems many recently post once and never come back?

 

I have an 08 Accord v6 mt, all stock, that I would like to ad a K&N full intake to.....
I have not been able to find ANYONE that has added this to their car, as I would like to get their feedback before spending the 300 bucks to put it on.

Is there anyone out there that has done this???? What is the result????

 

More noise; that's about it.

 

im about to either get a short ram intake i def will tell you about the results .. also looking into changing out the midpipe to get that lower sound.. any suggestions in that? def not alot to go on thanks

all a " performance intake " does it eliminate the resonator box that quiets it down. you are still sucking hot air from on top of the engine bay.

the best intakes would be k&n or aem.. but even a cheap ebay will do. the "gains" from a intake are minimal and a cheap 1 will result im similar results then a high priced 1. your paying for the name brand..
