Default 94 Accord Catback, Loudest?

Well, I have a 1994 Honda Accord LX, and I have a 30$ muffler off ebay, and to tell you the truth, its not workin for me.

I need something REALLY loud, and a nice boost of HP (20-30).

My price range is about 400$.

What would you suggest as the best suitable for me?

Thanks a bunch.
Nick.

ok first of all, no exhaust is going to give you 30hp increase, probably not even 20, the most i have ever heard is like 18ish, but most are more around 10.

skunk2 is probably the loudest.

Do you have a video of how your exhaust sounds?

I would love to see it if you do.

its not under load or anything, but its plenty loud, on the way up to the track my friends hate it cause they got quite exhaust so they didnt have to listen to them, but they get headaches from mine all the way up.

and my friends can hear me coming from a good distance away

Ok, thanks a bunch man, and one more quick question.

Was that video with or without the silencer?

And is it pretty easy to install?

And HKS or Skunk2?

PS: Is it louder with or without the cat?

that was without the silencer.

Yeah it was easy to install, except the old bolts had rusted in place so i had to take the torch to them, so if you dont have a torch it would make it harder.

HKS doesnt make a cat-back so you would have to custom make piping.

The only bad thing about glasspacks is when you finally burn out all of the fiberglass in them and then they start sounding like absolute ****.

Also, nrmskate, we do the recommending and YOU do the shopping. There are plenty of popular places like tasauto.com, racepages.com, autoanything.com, tirerack.com, etc.

EDIT: What i usually do to find the cheapest price is get the part # and google it.

ok, there are already toooo many hondas with really unnessecarilyloud and annoying exhausts. they dont sound good on 4bangers they sound like lawn mowers. there are plenty of decent priced, highflow yet moderatly loud ehxausts. just cause its loud doesnt mean its good, it means 90% of the people u pass dont like you and your 5 hp gain.

also, looking to gain from mufflers isnt gunna yeild much, full exhaust plus headers is where you'll see real gains, the muffler is just part of the battle
