Apexi WS2
OK, I have the Apexi WS Version 1. Version 2 wasn't made yet when I purchased mine.
Here's the deal. Apexi offers a full range of mufflers/exhaust/catback...however the WS 1 or 2 are more oriented as a performance muffler that looks like OEM, but performs better. The deal was they didn't design WS to be a loud muffler, it's more of a grumble. Sheer quiet, yet a small distinctive tone.
There isn't any way that the WS can be tuned louder, unless you cut a big hole in the pipe or muffler.
I used the 5Zigen Fireball Catback/Muffler before and it was hella loud, but also trouble with cops. So the Apexi WS1 I got was more for better torque, through low, mid, and little bit high rpm. The WS 1 or 2 is dealt with sheer performace feel and gain.
The sound you want, which is probably louder, can only be found in other brands.
May I suggest some that I have sold to my customers???
~Apexi N1 - super loud, unfortunately only the muffler is sold. No pipping.

the WS1/2 might perform better than stock, but thats pretty much it. it isnt a true performance catback. the chambered-style muffler it uses (just like stock) makes it super quiet, but it also restricts the hell out of the exhaust flow, which is very bad for performance. i just dont see the point, if you want it super quiet, leave it stock. it kills me when ppl buy this thing because they want performance. it just aint gonna happen.
