CA Converter. Recommendations?
My CEL is intermittent, with P0420 - Cat replacement. I've verified this with the mechanic that cleaned my EGR port.
However, he tells me that he has called an aftermarket company and that if I don't go with the factory OEM cat, that the CEL will not go off.
Unfortunately I am cursed with CA emissions and the OEM cat is over $700.
Anyone had luck with an aftermarket cat AND CA emissions?
