If your in california its most likely a citation. Ive been running a thermal catback for a year now...... i have gotten 0 tickets going full throttle past cops on the other side of the road...... ive gotten a few to do a u turn but never pulled over.... i guess its not speeding when you only do first gear. So it would be more based on your area and how strict the noise ordinance is. And trust me..... my muffer is loud as hell
