Is the company comptech out of business? If it is, is it still posible to get a comptech icebox?

Compthec is in business, but the Icebox for the 6th gen accords and equivalent Acuras are not available ...... my brother has one on backorder with Comptech themselves and he's been waiting for it for almost 2 months ....... they won't load the mold until they have enough orders for it which may be indefinately. It's unfortunate since it's my favorite intake design as well, but for the plenum design, you are going to have to DIY .... otherwise, you need to use a SRI or CAI.
