Default Exhaust recommendations

Ok so i have a 99 2dr V6 Honda Accord EX. I put in an AEM cold air intake and dont know what to do next. i want to get a new exhaust on there that is a loud and deep throaty sound, but also add some HP. Im looking at the Greddy EVO 2 and the Megan Racing Catback system, but i will take any recommendations. In the future i hope to get a turbo, some new headers and would also like some recommendations for that.

Also, with all the mods that ill be adding to my car, is there anything i will need to do to the gears, or anything so that i dont overpower the engine?

thanks

I would recommend the skunk2 exhaust(not sure if they make it for your car though) its loud and deep sounding.

as for headers, dc sports and megan racing have good ones.

Also take a look at Apex'i WS 2 or get a custom system. If you're going turbo in the future (like you're super serial about it) you're going to need a new exhaust then, 3" turbo back, so keep that in mind.

Ah, you have the infamous V6 Accord with the automatic. Probably not the smartest thing to throw tons of power at that tranny unless you swap it out with a 6 speed manual.

You know, switching the tranny has been an idea of mine, (ive only had the car for about a month now) but i dont nkow if i have the money for that right now. im hoping to get the exhaust on before winter and then save some money through the winter and work on the interior etc. but come spring/summer im hoping to get the tranny changed and then go all out on my engine and whatever else.

Tranny swaps aren't too bad... the 6MT from the TL-S bolts right on to the J30 you have.
