Well I know that with 4-1 header(s) they are better for higher end but i also read that 4-2-1 header(s) are good for low end torque and horsepower. But yeah i wanted to do the header followed by a full exhaust

I did it and it worked well for me, no regrets.

You wont be disappointed. It also can give you +1ish mpg.

To get the full benefits of an exhaust you will also want a test pipe or high flow cat. However, when I had my header and catback w/ the stock cat it worked well for me.

Yeah i wanted to try and go ahead and get a high flow cat while i was at it. Made more since cause i dont know how long that cat has even been on my car. Probably a good while. Which i got an apexi neo for my ride yesterday for 200 bucks and i would like to go ahead and get that on as well

headers do increase power albeit in different places!! it's an expensive mod with not much return N\A....

my OEM header is a very good design form the factory but i have decided to replace it!!!

For those who dont know if what they're buying off E-Bay is a legit product or not, if it has the tag, "style" in it, its a knock-off. for example, HKS style BOV.

And yes, get headers. Sorry, a little bit late, but I'm getting Megan Racing headers for my Accord.

i plan on getting headers during the summer. but for now im just gonna sandblast my oem ones, just so it looks cleaner in the bay. i dont plant to expect noticeable gains, but why have an intake and an exhaust but skip on the headers?

A DD F22 should not have a header. In most cases, it makes the car slower. If you add nitrous, then you should get a header.

Just my $0.02

I disagree based on firsthand experience. You may loose a little torque, however, if you ever WOT or drive sporty it is great. You can feel less resistance through the gas pedal and when merging onto the interstate it is a nice benefit. Also the startups are a heck of a lot quicker.

So if you drive like an average joe, dont get a header.
If you like to WOT or have some fun, you'll enjoy the header.

My plan is to go back to a header this summer hopefully.
