Default How restrictive is the stock exhaust??

I have a 95 Accord wagon with the F22 non v-tec. My exhaust from the cat back was rusting and had many leaks. It sounded good though. I bought a stock replacement for it on ebay and put it on. Now it seems like my wagon has lost a noticeable amount of power and is a dog(even more than before if you can beleive that) Does the stock exhaust restrict it that bad or is something else wrong. I do have an AEM V2 intake which helps some though. Is there a catback system someone could recommend for a wagon? Thanks
