if the header says it is a direct bolt on, it should fit without a problem. If it doesn't say, ask the manufacturer about it.

I am bumping this back up because I just bought a 95 EX and the Exhaust manifold is cracked. This is my daily driver and has an intake but stock everything else. I do not want loud and obnoxious but for the price of a used stock manifold I could get a 4-2-1 header setup. Curious if anyone is running their stock exhaust with an aftermarket header and how loud it is. Anyone think this would decrease my MPG? That would be a big no no. Thanks

My story's not exactly the same but it should be close...

1995 Integra GSR.
I got a 4-2-1 header (DC Sports) because of the common buzzing A-pipe in that model. I still had the stock exhaust.

Almost NO difference in the sound. There was a little raspy sound from the engine compartment, but you really had to listen & without a side-by-side comparison I doubt many people would tell the difference.

Performance, there was a little extra breath at high revs, virtually no difference at low revs. No real difference in MPG. I think that was mainly because the configuration was not really changed. The stock manifold was 4-2-1 & the DC header had the same runner lengths & everything.

If YOURS gives better power at high revs, you may find yourself using your right foot a little more. THAT would influence your MPG, but it's entirely under your control.
