Default I need my header off

hey guys, i have almost all the bolts off of my header but there is just one that WONT come off! I've tried big wrenches with breaker bars and leverage, stomping on it, hammering it with a mallet, and impact wrenches. I even bought a 1400 ft. lb impact wrench and i couldnt get the thing to budge. i also soaked the bolt with WD-40. So the next thing i was thinking of doing was posting an add on craigslist or something for professional help to come out here and maybe cut it off with a torch. i'd like to avoid having to tow it if i can. If any body has suggestions please let me know.

try soak it with PB blaster then use a breaker bar and try and break loose. I have some stuff we use for the tractor and stuff...I get the name of it for you best stuff Iv used so far...but its pricy like 16bucks a can. When its light out I will go to the barn and get the name for you.

btw its header...not headers you only have one of them

Hmm ya I can try it, might as well. I'll probably use my impact wrench though. That'd be great if u could give me the name!

As g22 said, try the pb blaster, it really is a lot better than wd40.

PB blaster is cheaper than the LW. buy a can of the PB and soak the crap out of it and let it sit for a few hrs...the longer the better then come back and try if nothing soak and repeat. Also try a wrench (not a ratchet)and use the hammer to it to try and loosen it up. That seems to work the best on most stuff that the breaker bar sometimes and break loose...it's worth a try.

Sometimes it helps to hit the bolt/stud with a ball-peen hammer. That can fracture the rust & allow the penetrant to get farther into the threads. Don't hit it so much that you mushroom the end of the stud.

PB Blaster works good to loosen the rust but isn't a good lubricant. Once it just begins moving, then go to Liquid Wrench or Kroil.

Idk I haven't tried it yet, Im at a boarding school so it's hard to get online and I can't try and go at the car cuz it's at home. I'll be on it when I get back though.
I sure hope itworks, what I'm afraid of is that it's been fused into the header so there's no threads or anything anymore to loosen.
