I just recieved and installed my Bomz SRI that I got off of eBay. Everything went together really easily, I was happy about that lol. My breather tube didnt line up very well, so the tubing makes a loop lol. My wife, who watched me install this, afraid I was going to break my car, asked if the tube was supposed to look like that. I told her its not wrong, its just custom lol.

Lookin good! I think you'll be happy with nice sound at WOT. My sri had a similar thing with that hose. I just cut the hose to shorten it and ran it straight to each tube. It doesn't look bad though!

 

Im very happy with the sound, its really nice. I cant wait to get a header and exhaust now. The reason I had to loop the tube like that was that the two little ports that the tube connects to werent lined up like they were on the stock airbox, and if I tried to run it with just a short length of tube, I would have just kinked the tubing. So I did the little loop, and it seems to be working fine, I think I will get a couple of small hose clamps just to make sure it stays on.

 

Looks good! And glad to hear that you like the noise! It never gets old...and the look on your friends face when you give it some gas just makes it all the better!

It really does sound great, I cant wait to get a header and full exhaust too. The car also seems to pull a little better at higher RPMs, which is kind of nice.

 

you should have paid the lil bit extra and just got the cold air.. my car is vtec.. so when it hits vtec.. you should hear my cold air intake suck.. it is louder than my exhaust..

 

Well I didnt have the cash to spring for a full cold air AND a bypass valve. If I was going to get a full CAI, I want to get AEM, and a bypass valve is a MUST where I live, so this SRI is fine. Especially for the $43 it cost me, which includes shipping lol. And I dont have the VTEC, so I miss out on that

 

I have the same loop on my SRI, itss cool i like it, And the sound is awsome, Intake+exhus+accord= deepsweetmusic.
