Default Labor fees...

Any idea how much it would cost for a shop to install headers and a catback exhaust? And should I just let them install the CAI as well? I mean, it's a flat fee right? And I am giving them the material...

See File Attached. Ignore the funky pine hue...

I say about $250,

$75 header
$100 exhaust or less
$50 to 75 intake

Goodness....$921.91. That's a lotta money.

Intake is DIY-able right?

Intake is definitely DIY. The catback-exhaust is easy to install too if you have a good sized can of WD40 and the proper wrenches (and some way to jack it up: I used a curb). I have never done the header though, so I leave that to someone else.

I got my exhaust and headers installed at Midas for $381 though a $160 o2 sensor was included and it was from CarQuest (Bosch) so I cant even imagine how much it would be from Honda.
They estimated $120 for the exhaust and $100ish for the headers. Just know that if your o2 sensor is stuck in your original manifold it is going to be expensive to replace.

Oh and you can also use Liquid Wrench to loosen your bolts...its a little cheaper than WD-40 and works just as well, if not better.

I dont know anything about coil overs but I would stick with name brand or at least do a little research beforehand. Sure you might save money now, but if they cause problems later, it may offset your $$ saved. I have only heard bad things about $80 knock off headers and other knock off products. Its your money, just look at the price difference between name-brand coil overs and the difference between these......is it to good to be true?
