low compression pistons

as some of you know im going to go with a turbo set up commin in the fall. i know i want to go with lower compressionand run higher boost but i cant find any manufactures that have forged pistons and or rods for our KA24 block can someone please.

You're kidding right?

FYI - you have to resleeve the motor to use forged internals.
