Megan racing cat back, Yes or No
I have about 2000 to blow and i don't want alot of stuff that is insane. I am 16 and i am looking to add a few horses with headers and CAI but I have been looking at the megan cat back and it sounds good for the 99s and 2000s but what about a 93 accord would it have an ok exhaust note. I get that is a tiny 4cly and i won't get anything close to a 6 but would the megan sound good.

One guy says they're header(s) are good. I found them on ebay for mine for like 178 a piece. Id say they're cat backs are fairly decent too. Only thing i dont like is the pissed off bumble bee sound of some exhaust but i dont know anyone personally around here that has one. I'm the only accord in my group of friends. One has a mr2, another a s2000, and the other has a 240sx swapped with a sr20det with about 450 hp. Still love nissans!! If you get one and it sounds okay let me know. then again if you got 2000g's to spend get an apexi wsII

Apexi WS2 is super quiet.
2 grand? Wheels will eat out about $1200 along for 18's w/ tires. Suspension will be about 1,000 for coilovers and camber kits. Not to mention installation/alignment. Intakes range from $80-$200ish. Header $180, high flow cats are pricey, exhaust $300ish+.

If you shop right and be patient... you could be dropped with wheels/tires and a new exhaust for $2k, if you install it all yourself.
But then again, it's a 93, hehe might as well save the money

Sounds like a good plan.
On my wheels, the price w/ tires was about $400 cheaper for 17's. Big price jump between those two sizes so if your about saving money its the way to go. HOWEVER, if you think you are going to want 18's, DO NOT buy wheels now. You lose sooo much money trying to sell the 17's for 18's. I personally would recommend that you deeply consider 18's, but it is up to you!
