Well, you're getting quality parts and that's what counts. I like this setup already.

For front and rear sway you can grab the 2007 TL-S 6MT 27.2mm front sway and the rear 2007 TL-S 6MT 20mm rear sway, a fairly good bump in size and they're solids bars instead of hollow.

Order depends on your..budget?

I would suggest working on suspension first,since the mods you have stated ,will give you virtually no real power gains.

Wtf? Yes they will be enough for you to notice a difference. I would get the sway bars before you get the coilovers.

True ok so what would give me more hp then? Im thinking headers? And what gives more power an up pipe or down pipe?

You cant put headers on your car, simply because its not available. Only other exhaust mod you can do besides a cat back, is either richies or XL8R j-pipe.

true i didnt think about what was available for my car...ok so what else can i do to gain power other then turbo.ing, superchargingor or putting nos on the car? and with a jpipe approxomitly how much hp would that add on if i have the greddy evo2 and the aem v2 cai?

There is no such thing as set hp gains, for anything. Unless you get a dyno.
