picking out an exhaust and an intake

Well, you're getting quality parts and that's what counts. I like this setup already.
For front and rear sway you can grab the 2007 TL-S 6MT 27.2mm front sway and the rear 2007 TL-S 6MT 20mm rear sway, a fairly good bump in size and they're solids bars instead of hollow.

Definetly a cold air thats y i just put the order in for the aem v2...ok can some1 tell me if this is a good set up so far? The aem v2 the tien ss coil overs and the apexi exhaust and front anx rear sway bars but i dont kno what brand yet...and if it is what order should i do these in or does it not even matter? Thanks again for all the help guys
I would suggest working on suspension first, since the mods you have stated ,will give you virtually no real power gains.

Wtf? Yes they will be enough for you to notice a difference. I would get the sway bars before you get the coilovers.

You cant put headers on your car, simply because its not available. Only other exhaust mod you can do besides a cat back, is either richies or XL8R j-pipe.

true i didnt think about what was available for my car...ok so what else can i do to gain power other then turbo.ing, superchargingor or putting nos on the car? and with a jpipe approxomitly how much hp would that add on if i have the greddy evo2 and the aem v2 cai?
