re: MAF?
Is this the MAF on the throttle body--or something else? I thought Fujita was the only intake I could use on my 2007 SE V6 Sedan (because I thought all 2007s have the MAF), but if this is the MAF, that means my choices are wide open right? I only see one other hose that is plugged into the intake tubing (the one you can see in this picture). Sorry if this is a stupid question...
Also, if I were to go CAI, whenI take off the stock air box, is there a good enough size hole to get the intake tube with the filter on it down in there or do you have to jack the car up and take out the fender lining or anything to put the filter on from the underside?
I think I want to just go SRI since I live in WA. I had a AEM CAI on my 95 civi with a bypass valve, but I am a lil skeptical and dont want to mess up a brand new car! I would like the hp gain from CAI though...
Any thoughts, help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

RE: re: MAF?
ive got bad eye sight, but heres a pic that has been posted on the forums
Ihave a MAF sensor in mine also and I was going with a Injen CAI when I get my next paycheck. I just don't want another storm like the one we had couple months ago hydrolocking the engine.

RE: re: MAF?
Anybody else? no MAF on V6? Cut the V2 what?!? I am pretty sure installing a bypass valve and cutting the tube defeats the purpose of the V2... What about the space for a cold air do I have to put the filter on from below or not?

RE: re: MAF?
I wouldn't worry about hydrolocking the engine.. you have to completely submerse the filter in water to do so otherwise there's not enough vacuum pullin in the water up to the engine.. and a few drops here n there will just burn away anyway..
I've pasted this a thousand times in other threads, but check this out: http://hondaaccord.wikidot.com/intake-info
It's info I've collected from all over and should answer all your questions..
I do agree though, that the V2 would be useless with those mods

RE: re: MAF?
It's not that difficult, just follow the instructions. I'm not trying to sound like an arsehole but it really is that simple.
AEM and Injen both offer MAF support (i think)...but don't take my word for it. I got my 7th gen (03) when Honda decided that LEV was enough. No MAF for me!
