Default SRI for 2004 Honda Accord

I have a 2004 Honda Accord V6 coupe and was wondering if anyone already knew of any SRIs that are CARB certified? I've done some looking and so far have only been able to find Weapon R intakes, but they aren't CARB certified, I know there are plenty of CAIs out there but the risk of hydro shock kind of spooks me and my mechanics are exactly for it either.

Here we go again with all this hydrolocking hype....you can get a AEM bypass valve and you won't risk hydrolocking or performance. I don't know why ppl don't know about them they aren’t anything new. I live in Fl and we get nasty rain all the time. I have had a AEM CAI with AEM bypass valve for as long as I have had my cb7 (5years) Never once have had a single issue with hydrolocking and I drive in the rain all the time.

AEM bypass valve on CAI = good performance without hydrolocking. So there you go get yourself a CAI and add a AEM bypass valve and you will be good to go.
