Need a new muffler for a 94 Accord LX. Anyone bought the stock style exhaust from TAS and if so how is the quality vs a factory Honda exhaust? I've had a few muffler shops put cheapies on my 93 and they aren't as quiet as the factory and usually don't last but a year or two.

I have not bought that exhaust, however I have bought from TAS auto before, and their customer service and products are great.

HECK YA they are always cheaper and IS OEM QUALITY man alotta places will jip ya but they got the goods...[sm=pimp.gif]

 

I'm sure they are of good quality, but wondering how the aftermarket setup would compare to stock. Most of our Honda factory mufflers have lasted 10+ years, so I'm hoping someone here has purchased one and installed it that can give some insight as to the durability of the aftermarket setup.

Ive also order from TAS and theyre great. I'm sure it is just as durable or better than the OE exhaust. As long as it was made with aluminized steel (standard for exhaust pieces) it should last just as long. Most mufflers rust from the inside out due to all of the moisture in the exhaust gases.
