What do i do after installing CAI???

Default What do i do after installing CAI???

i know i must have skipped something after installing my Injen CAI. how do you get the engine to run correctly with it? any procedures? at the moment i have lost some power. but i know i missed something

not much to skip when installing the CAI. You can reset the ECU and see if it runs better. How is the car not "run correctly"? what do you mean by that?

I have never heard of a loss of power from going from stock intake to an aftermarket...Even one of the cheap ebay intakes...Do these cars have an IAT sensor on the stock air intake??? Its kinda foolproof to install an intake...

You need to put your auto information down in your signature post so every one knows what all you have..then they can give you the correct information about your questions..do that in your UserCP area...

its been working better. i think my car is just adjusting to it. btw i have a 2000 accord ex coupe, f23 I4 sohc vtec, all stock except the full cold air injen intake.
