I just got a 1993 honda accord ex 4door and I am planning on doing some interior work. Since it is 13 years, the inside doesnt look too pretty. Im going with some seat covers to same a little money but the fabric on the door panels are starting to peel off. Should I send it to a shop to see if they can redo the fabric on the doors? What should I do? Also, my a/c just gave out. When I turn it on I can hear a slight whinding sound when I turn on the a/c but it blows out HOT air..... any ideas on what I should do? thanks

welcome to the forum. an upolstery shop could easily redo the doors in whatever fabric you would like, and you should get the a/c checked out at a good shop.

Think about an independant for the A/C. I have made enquiries as my A/C does not work in my 96 2.0iS.
Last Year Honda quoted me £500 appx. I spoke to an independant and he has told me Honda are making a bit of a markup. Not had it checked yet but they reckon they can cut that in half, which now makes it a possible go ahead.

We are having a warm Summer and my second car has A/C and boy how good it is. I really want it in the Honda now.
