1997 Honda Accord lx 4 cyl
Changed the ignition cylinder...won't crank or start...changed 2 ignition relays....won't crank or start...bought with out keys for 200.00 taking someone's word on it'll be o.k. just get new cylinder with keys...now anti theft*I guess* is keeping it from starting...HELP!!!
