Can anyone help with a dash removal of 1999 Honda Accord. Or possibly an manual for this car. All help is appreciated:0)

 

Suggest a download manual from automanualsource.com ($22). It's very friendly to use; menu, searchable, and printable.

Suggest also checking for youtube videos on Accords of various years (98-02) and even later years may be helpful.

There's also HELM INC for a paper version.
I'm guessing you're looking at replacing the heater core, as it's the only thing I can think of that requires pulling the entire dash out.
