Default 2004 ex-l v6

I drive a top-of-the-line (in 2004) EXL V6. Power everything, sun roof, leather, 6 CD changer -- I even had a cassette player, ashtray and chrome exhaust sleeves put on it. Just no nav system (I use a Garmin nuvi). I elected to buy it when the lease ran out and paid way too much for it (dumb), but I have the title now and it's hitting 112,000 miles this week. I just had a new timing belt and hydraulic tensioner put in the engine. The body is good save some scratches on the right side that you can see when you get up close and that can't be detailed away because they're too deep. That's going kill me when I trade it in. But I've taken care of that engine like it was my baby and the car runs like a top. The trans used to make an intermittent grinding noise when it shifted into 2nd (my model didn't qualify for the recall fix). I had the trans fluid flushed out and replaced and it still did it then, after a few months, it stopped and hasn't done it since. The car runs as quiet and smooth as the day I drove it off the lot in 2004. I'm going to see if I can get through the summer with it (fingers crossed) and trade it in for a (new) leftover in the fall.
