Default 2005 accord hybrid, is it reliable?

I am looking at a 2005 v6 hybrid and i dont know anything about them. They are asking 12,900 and 68k.Are these models a good buy? I know honda is a reliable company, i am just not familiar with the hybrids.
here are some of the features:
Features: Air Conditioning, Navigation System, Satellite Radio, Power Steering, Power Door Locks, Trip Odometer, Tilt Steering Wheel, Climate Control, Keyless Entry, CD Player, AM/FM Stereo Radio, Power Driver'S Seat, Heated Seats, Side Impact Airbags, Leather Upholstery.
Seller's Notes: This rare Honda Accord Hybrid is Silver Metallic with Grey Leather and is equipped with a Dual Power Seats, in-dash CD Player and factory Navigation System. It comes with 6 mos./6,000 miles (whichever comes first) of coverage on the Engine, Transmission, and Drive Axle Assemblies. It also comes with a clean CARFAX report and is in exceptional condition throughout.

The engine and most of the car is the same, so the reliability of the brakes, suspension, engine, seats, A/C, all that normal stuff is the same as a V-6 non-hybrid Accord.

Differences are the hybrid drive motor and batteries. I'd do some homework on the battery life. Don't know anything bad in particular, but I just don't know much about their lifespan. They will be EXPENSIVE to replace.
