I washed my 2015 Accord Hybrid this afternoon (by hand with garden hose). Afterwards, the car would not power up, dash lights and various warnings flashed and went into accessory mode. Within a few hours the battery was drained and now the car is dead. There is a note in the owners manual saying not to spray water into the air intake as it could cause a malfunction. There wasnothing special about the car wash. Insights? Will i need to go to a dealer or could a good mechanic shop handle the problem?.
