About to be a 2nd time Owner
Hi everyone,
New to forum, veteran Honda owner! That includes the little 50cc I banged around on when I was a kid.
I owned a 1991 Accord until I pancaked it one rainy night on a curvy road. I had a scratch on my eyebrow.
I am about to buy the car pictured. It is a 2001 LX 2.3L with 83K miles. I have not seen it in person, but will tomorrow. They want $9000. I thought of offering $8000 and getting a brand new set of tires put on. It does look a bit rough - the previous owner beat it up pretty good.

Welcome to the forum! The Accord has pretty low miles for the year and price. From the pics, it does look a little banged up Perosanlly I would be worried that if the owner let the car get in that shape physically, how did he take care of it mechanically? Check EVERYTHING over, and try to get maintnence records and of course have your mechanic check it over. If it checks out OK, then it should be a reliable car! Glad to have you!

DO NOT buy a USED car till you have a shop that specializes on Hondas or the Honda dealer do a used car buyer's inspection first
