Hey man, I just rebuilt my transmission so I had to drop the whole subframe and put it back on, so here's what I remember/ some tips.

You'll need to disconnect the power steering lines that run to the pump, the high pressure line is just two bolts at the pump and then you can take it out of its clip behind the engine. The reservoir lines are just hose clamped onto some of the hard lines, so those are easy.
The big thing here is that you will need to support the engine. The subframe has both your front and back motor mounts attached to it so you'll need an engine hanger or some other solution. Don't just put a jack under the engine as it will be very unstable and get in the way when you are dropping the subframe. The front mount can stay on the subframe while you take it off, so you just take off the 1 bolt on the top of it, which is pretty accessible. The rear mount is easier to take off of the subframe and leave it on the engine. There are 4 bolts that hold it onto the subframe that you can access from the bottom. Next, you'll need to get your transmission mounts off, which is either 4 nuts in the bottom of the subframe which can be tricky. They are inside the box steel with some access holes to get to them, mine were rusted and just rounded off the second I tried them. I would suggest taking the mounts off the trans instead and remove the mounts from the subframe once its off.

Another big issue is that you will need to remove a section of the exhaust, it runs over the subframe so you cant get the subframe out without the exhaust off. It's 9 bolts is you just remove that particular section, but I opted to just drop the while exhaust pipe to avoid the cat. converter bolts. I would get some PB blaster on these ASAP. I had to cut off 3 of the bolts that I removed, while the other 3 unscrewed at the stud rather than the bolt.

When actually dropping the subframe, make sure it is well supported. I used a combination of 3 jacks to lower it slowly as to not drop it and this worked pretty well. There are 8 bolts in total to get it off, and they were not too stubborn for me but 2 of them are really long so they kind of sucked to get out.

Once you're ready to put everything back together, don't be afraid to use a bit of force to get everything back into place. My frame has a very slight bend in it from an accident a couple years ago, so my subframe was a bit stubborn, but a few wacks with a hammer got it to line up again (make sure to use a wood block or something as to not damage the metal).

Lastly, the steering rack is really easy to disconnect. It is just 1 bolt in the driver side foot well. It's on there pretty snug but all you have to do is take the plastic cover off and take it out. I would mark your spot on the connection as to make sure you line it back up right when you put it back together, but mine had a plastic tab to index it back on, so that shouldn't be too much of an issue.

I used a Honda shop manual for all this when I did it, so it gave me the step by step as well as torque values when rebuilding it. I'm not sure where I got it but its out there on the internet somewhere. Best of luck, and I hope I helped!
