computer chip

computer chip
I have a 2008 190hp Accord and find that I get 5 or 6 mpg less than a similar Accord with the 177hp engine. Is this just a computer chip change? I've driven both and don't see that much difference in performance and wonder if it is only a computer chip difference, can it be done?
