Envious no more!
Hey all. Long time owner of a 99 Civic EX lightly modded, still slow here. Just traded her in for a REAL CAR!! haha.
Sooo what sort of upgrade would you do first? Im thinking of just going with the K&N filter since the difference between that and a CAI is minimal and its a lot cheaper! Plus they didnt like the CAI on my civic when i traded it in =(

Aw man i was thinking mud flaps might be nice to get so my bumpers dont get all funky!
