First time Honda owner.
I am now very excited about my next project which is a 1986 Honda Accoud LXi Hatchback.
I bought the car from my Uncle, who lives in Arizona. Having an Arizonia car is a treat for those of us who live in Michigan. I don't know what exactly I am going to do with it, but I am leaning toward adding power under the hood and restoring the paint and interior to someting close to the original look. Sleeper?
I added a new starter.
[hr]The car came with:
new bosch fuel injextors
new tires and 17 " wheels
new transmission mounts
new engine mounts
new spark plugs
new spark plug wires
new 1" lowering springs
new rack & pinion assembly
new power steering pump
new break master cylinder & booster
new rear macpherson struts
new front macpherson struts
[hr]Needs right away:
water pump & timing belt
radiator
washer resevior (Arizona uncle must have forgot that in Michigan you need to use washer fluid, and not water, to avoid freezing.)
[hr]Things that I want next:
new paint job
new carpet
new seats
[hr]Wish list:
turbo charger
things that make it go fast
Although I am no expert at all when it comes to cars, I am looking forward to being a community member and a contributor to this forum.

I paid $1,000 for it for my son to drive. Then he needed a truck so he sold it to his Grandpa. Grandpa didn't use it for a year, so I just bought it back. I just like the car and didn't want to see it go to waste.
