Default Hello

Hows everyone doing?

lil 'bout me: Live in UK, london, 19yrs old
Current car - Accord '94 2.0ils - didnt really like it at first, but after some settling in, decided to keep it until it dies or i write it off!

Currently thinking about replacing the flywheel with a lighter one, anybody have any experience in this field (bearing in mind im a poor student). Im finding it difficult to locate one for my model, and more importantly not sure about how it will affect driveability and uphill speed. All the info i find is too general, or way too detailed/ technical.

well, he said, he wants a lighter one...adding a lighter flywheel lowers the roational mass..in the same way that heavy wheels will slow you down...the same reason that companies are trying to use high strength alloy in engines as much as possible so reduce the effort put out by the engine....this includes trans internals.
