Hello Guys and Gals, my name is Scott. I live in Indiana and just purchased my first Honda accord. She's a 1991 four door 5 speed. So far it seems to be a pretty great car. It has the typical honda clear coat peel, and a horrible exhaust leak, but I can get the leak fixed with no issues. The car only has 173000 miles on it, and the interior looks like new. The only down side is someone has put aftermarket tail lights in it, and now I have no reverse lights and my "brake light" indicator is on full time on the dash. So any advice on that subject would be appreciated.

I'm sure I'll be bothering you guys quite often I don't know too much about honda cars, or engines. I'm a huge classic car guy. My dad and I just finished up my 71 Duster...GO MOPAR...but when it comes to gas mileage and reliability, honda wins. I like the fact the car is 21 years old and still runs like a champ!

Also if someone could lead me in the right direct with the cruise control, all the lights come on, but it doesn't work. I checked under the hood, and all the vacuum lines seem to be in good shape.

1991 was and still is one of my very favorite Accords..had a deep blue one that I really liked.

I had the aftermarket tailights in mine and never , ever had a problem with them..

With problems to fix, make sure you post repair questions in the correct forums...not in here.
