Default Hello There

Brand new to this forum. It is very well done. Just bought my first Honda yesterday. I have had my eye on this neighbors 1993 EX for some time. He has always been very thorough with his maintenance. I told him years ago to let me know if he wanted to sell & he said he would never part with it. I guess a new Avalon caught his eye, & my gain. I am not sure what color it is. My wife calls it toupe? No rust & good clear coat. The engine is a little too greasy. Is it safe to spray it down with simple green & then use low press water to degrease it? Please give detailed instructions. I don't want to whack out a sensor or module. Thanks for any help. Good to meet all of you.

IF you go to a auto parts store such as Advance or Autozone, they sell engine degreaser there. It's fairly cheap too.

And then you can buy some engine detail products like the car dealers buy and make the engine shiney..

Welcome to the forums...Happy to have you in here with us!
